He said: "I started planting this product with 20 plants in my garden experiment, and this number increased to 300 onions of saffron at the time."

He said that he would take more than 400 grams of saffron a year, adding: "I planted saffron after gaining the necessary experience on a larger scale and land, and I will now sell this product to the market."

"The cultivation of this plant in the fields can help to prevent waste and save water on fields and restore Lake Urmia," said a farmer who is self-taught as a graduate in agricultural engineering.

Mostafa Pour also invited the farmers of Ashnouyeh villages, including Cheshmehgol, Hasan Nuran and Khanlar, to cultivate saffron due to the suitability of the soil in this region.
